  • Friendly Service, Great Atmosphere and Cool Vibe. I went here for dinner while in Madison and must say I was impressed. The bar was busy for a Tuesday night but any good bar is busy all the time. I sat at the Bar as I was dining alone. I order an old fashioned and cheese curds. I turned around for 5 minutes and bang the cheese curds were there. They were crispy and hot. They came with an aioli I would have preferred mustard but they were good. I also order the Brat Sandwich. Two Brats on a role with onion pickle and mustard. The Brats were hot and juicy. The roll was nice soft interior and crusty outside. Mustard was pleasant not overpowering and just enough kick. The only complaint was the slice of onion was the whole slice. They could just put a few of the rings on the sandwich, good thing I wasn't on a date. I was impressed the Bartender was making actual lemon twist for cocktails. Peeling back just a piece of the rind instead of just using precut wedges. The old fashioned was delightful. Not overly sweet as some places can do. It was garnished with a cherry and orange slice. It was so good I ordered two.
