  • Colleen was very friendly and accommodating to me when I was booking a move-in cleaning. However the cleaning wasn't the best. I noticed there were things which weren't cleaned like I was expecting. Perhaps I'm not sure what all is supposed to be cleaned when you have a move-in cleaning, but I would have thought that the inside of kitchen drawers and the inside of the dishwasher (just to name a few) would be pretty standard to include. The 3 star review is higher than what I feel about the cleaning, I give the cleaning 2 out of 5 stars, but the 3rd star is due to the fact that Colleen was so willing to work with my somewhat odd schedule and last minute booking.
