Holy moly these waffles are fantastic.
The hardest decision at Bruxie is whether to go sweet or savory. But you really can't go wrong with anything that you order.
I took the sweet route and ordered a waffle sandwich stuffed with nutella, sweet cream and bananas. I also asked to add strawberries on... so like relatively healthy? Here's to hoping. The waffle was perfectly crunchy and sweet and came topped with a generous sprinkling of powdered sugar. Although I'd love to try some of their other menu items it'd be tough not to order this on a future trip. To drink I went with house made strawberry lemonade. You can also add champagne to this if you are feeling crazy... did not do this, and regret not doing this.
My fiance absolutely loves chicken and waffles and he was a big fan of Bruxie's take on it. This is a cheddar jalepeno waffle served with either two or three plump and crispy chicken strips with sides of honey and butter for dipping. So decadent and so delicious.
If it's a nice day take your waffles to go and eat them at one of the many tables in T-Mobile park. There aren't that many 'fast casual' options on the strip that aren't complete garbage, and food in the casinos is of course way overpriced. Bruxie was a nice happy medium, and a great option for snagging a quality breakfast on the strip.
