  • Such a quick simple visit!!!! This middle school mama is happy!!!!! After a not so pleasant experience with another local music store (k&s), these guys exceeded my expectations on repairing my sons school issued trombome! They had it for under 60 seconds to do a quick tweek on a valve and didn't charge me. ALL future band needs will be dealt with at Family Music from this point on. 3 men working the store, all had smiles, and 1 had to suffer a hug from me. ;) seriously, great service!!!! Thank you so much!!!!! Now... To send my husband piano shopping in there.....
