  • About a month ago, I went in for a facial wax. After waiting more than "5 minutes," they walked me to the room and said that the technician would be with me soon. I waited a good 10-15 in there, but that's beyond the point. When I was finally getting my wax, the lady doing it had NO CLUE what she was doing. She ripped and pulled my face in directions that are not normal. I left there with chucks of wax and red marks all over my face and neck! I am confident that she was not licensed to preform the job she did. I used to go there for manicures and pedicures as well; not only has the service gone down, cleanliness is no longer in their business! Not to mention they say that they are a walk-in salon, but they never seem to have time. Many times I have seen workers outside smoking (used to do it in the back but now that Pet Club has closed, employees sit out front and smoke). SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY - go somewhere else!
