  • CHARACTER & INTEGRITY I have been a customer at this location multiple times and have worked with a number of different customer service representatives. Every interaction left me with different emotions that ranged from; wanting to drive their car of a bridge to complete satisfaction. Most interactions at this location are simple and uneventful. However,all business are like people. They have good days and bad days. Its how they deal with the bad days that is most important to me. We typically search for the best deal or most convenient location or a variety of different factors. I originally chose this location for their price. Bar none they had the most competitive prices at the time. Out of all of the transactions there have been two times that were not very positive. The first was dealing with a representative that seemed to be having a bad day. The other time they delivered a smaller vehicle and still charged me for the original larger car. Both times I worked with the branch manager to resolve these issues. He first apologized profusely and then did everything in his power to make amends. I am sure i will continue to use this location for my rentals. I am also sure they will continue to have good and bad days. I am positive I can count on the manager to what is right.
