I have had similar experiences as Mario, but I have a 10 lb little fluff ball. After passing her "evaluation," I was allowed to make a reservation for boarding. A few days prior to the date, I called to make another reservation for a few weeks later. I was told I could not make the second reservation until she successfully completed her first boarding (even though she passed the evaluation that we paid for). When she did fine and I called again to book the second reservation, the woman said she would have to "check with her manager" to see if they had openings. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional. The woman who works weekends is a sweetheart, but the weekday lady is awful and admittedly "likes dogs more than people." It seems like they make up rules based on the day - my mom was told that she would have to bring her dog in for daycare to "get used to the place" before they would book her-even though she had successfully boarded her dog several times and the employees admitted there had been no problems. If you need quick, definite answers for boarding reservations, and do not want to deal with made up rules and loopholes, do not book here.
