  • My rating is for the worst salon availability, unfortunately. My first visit was good. I like the products and methods used for coloring. BUT you can never get in. I made an appointment two weeks ago and called THREE weeks before the appointment to see if I could move it up by 30 minutes or a few days (I was completely flexible). I was told nothing was available until Jan. 2 (this was on December 5). So, while I love the coloring process, I could never get in.
