Tonight was opening night celebration. The place was crowded. About half the restaurant was locals like us. The other half were the owner's friends. It took about a half hour to get a waiter to take our order and then about an hour to get our food. We had hungry kids and they were not happy. This is a family neighborhood and if you want to have a successful restaurant you have to feed the kids quick.
What really irks me is that the owner was there, partying it up with his entourage, not walking around apologizing for the terrible service. These guys better step up their game or they will not last very long here.
I did have a very good experience at their Arcadia location about a year ago, so their is hope for this place.
