  • Now don't get me wrong this hotel has exceptional customer service, but they will nickel and dime you for everything. For example, the hotel doesn't provide parking so you're forced to pay a $29 daily valet fee if you decide to bring a vehicle. Finally don't let them try and sell you one of their Downtown City View rooms. The room itself is nothing special, all it's is a room on an upper floor with a downtown view obscured by all of the taller buildings around it. So unless you enjoy staring at empty parking lots below, steer clear of those rooms. My advice to you, would be to stick with their standard rooms.
