  • I was excited to try this place. When I walked in and asked how long the wait was for a pedicure they said 15 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes they brought me back to have my feet soaked. After soaking for 15 minutes they said 10 more minutes. Well I sat there for another 20 minutes. As it didn't look like I was going to be helped anytime soon I asked for a towel to dry my feet. Needless to say I waited an hour for nothing. When I walked out all I got was an Im sorry. If you can't help people in the time you tell them, just be honest. Is that too much to ask?
