  • One of the first and only "speakeasys" I have been to and it was so fun! Everything from waiting outside to get in to the rules of the bar (Women can only approach men) was great! Aside from the drinks taking forever to arrive they were definitely worth the wait! Citizen R+D serves some of the best cocktails in Scottsdale! There is nothing better than telling a bartender what you like and him knowing exactly what to make...true mixologists behind the bar here!
