  • We Print Vegas Installed wraps on two of our commercial vehicles. The first wraps they did on them were bubbling up really bad, peeling up after only a few months, and they had already fixed and patched them so many times that they needed to redo the wraps. They reprinted the wraps and installed them on both of the vans. We had a few concerns with both vans, but one in particular because ΒΌ of the wrap has a bunch of white spots in the graphics because they did not let the ink dry before they rolled the vinyl up. Also both vans have very poor print quality, you can see all the lines from where the printer was going back and forth over the wrap. The old wrap did not have these lines. It is like they rushed the print because they had to redo their work and didn't want to take the time to do it right. Both vans also have a lot of small bubbles throughout the wrap. The graphics also do not line up where the seam is... We brought this up to We Print Vegas and left the van there so they could fix it properly and they sent us a text that says they see the areas we are talking about and that they aren't a big deal. When we went down to grab the keys we spoke with Martins back, because he had more pressing concerns then dealing with upset clients. As soon as we started talking with him his entire body language changed and he got very short and rude, and would not turn away from his computer. He kept saying Hernan was not there and that he said it was fine and he had sent one of us a text message. He pretty much told us it was what it was. I asked him who was above Hernan because we don't seem to be getting anywhere, and he informed me that Hernan was the owner. I then asked him If he or anyone who worked there could give us an educated opinion on the quality of van wrap. Martin got up and took a look at the van, and as I was expressing our concerns he said "Well is the wrap effecting how your van operates?"... He also mentioned "that it is only a commercial wrap and it is only for advertising purposes." He also mentioned "that we were given two free wraps." Martin then informed us that he would have Hernan call us and we ended our discussion. To sum up my experience at We Print Vegas, I have never felt so disrespected at a place that took money from me for a service that they failed to provide, to only tell me that my vehicles and brand are not good enough to have something I paid a lot of money for to be installed properly. The problem with we print vegas is that they do not listen to your concerns and just end up doing what they want. They have excuses for everything and it is never their fault. They are very slow and will cause you to have multiple hours spent at their shop. I still have not heard from Hernan BTW...
