  • Once again had a terrible experience at this store. Walked in with my wife to buy our daughter a few balloons for her 5th birthday. Was told it would be an hour late for any balloons because of pre-orders. After I argued, why would you turn away business that is standing in front of you, the one in charge says "we can make 1 balloon, otherwise you can buy the ones we pre-made, or wait" 5 women in the store, all on headsets behind the checkout desk talking away. With only 2 customers in the store you would think to not turn away NEW business. This is exactly why more and more businesses brick and mortar will be closing over the next decade. Because I can buy them online and show up to a storefront to pick it up. We don't need 15 stores. And all of these employees. If I can't make a purchase in the store. Terrible business. All of the party cities I have been to are the same way. And every time we come to this particular location they are rude and don't care about the person standing in front of them.
