  • Very disappointed! My daughter in-law had a scheduled appointment at 11:00. Was taken back 35 minutes later and has been texting me that the technician has not even come into the room to start. Why have an appointment. Everyone's time is very valuable. Usually people come on a lunch break. I do not understand. Would not come back here in the future. Just beware
