  • I had a terrible experience with this location. When I called in I was quoted $79.99 for first full set of lashes and was advised that for more volume an additional $30 would be required. After showing up to my appointment I learned that it was false and the only discount offered were for members so I paid $140. The front desk receptionist was kind and apologized for the misquote. Once the lash artist called me out back that's when I discovered that I would never return. I asked the lash artist if she thought that the Gorgeous lash option would be the best option for me in comparison to the other options and she said idunno whatever you want. My thoughts were umm you're the expert you should have some sort of opinion. I also bought had shared with her that I wanted volume due to getting my lashes done for a friends wedding that I was a bridesmaid for. I asked the lash lady what type of glue she uses and she told me I don't know clear why what are you some sort of like lash glue scientist or something who studies glue...in a rude sarcastic manner. I told her no I was curious because my mom and sister have broken out after getting eyelash extensions. She then proceeds in telling me well if you can't open your eyes in the morning I guess then you'll find out whether or not you're allergic. She then asks me where the wedding is located. I tell her in Ahwatukee and then she tells me she lives there and I share with her that I do too. She then asks why didn't you go to that location then rudely. I then ask her have you done like a lot of clients today and am I your last and she told me yes she had done a lot of clients but said no I wasn't her last. To say the least it hurt how rude she treated me the entire appointment. I never imagined that I would experience what I underwent. That lady needs to stay far away from customer service positions and learn how to treat people with respect and kindness. I will never ever return to this lash company even though my lashes look good.
