  • I wish I could put zero stars. Dane Brooks is a pissed off crook landlord because the owner of the house wants to sell that we were renting. After a 950 deposit he informs me after weeks of calling that first I would get 450 back. Then he informs me that I won't get anything back. He says he had to pay for carpet cleaning(understandable) painting (kinda get it) and a freaking shower head..because I left the shower head that was on it when we moved in. Excuse me that was in the house. Didn't know I had to keep my luxury shower head installed. But 950 dollars though for those three things. Garbage.....smh....
