rev:text	Clarks offers some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned and worn. I LOVE their shoes. I do want to distinguish that this review is not about their company. This review is specifically about THIS LOCATION. Customer service at this location specifically has slowly declined over the years. Before, their sales representatives used to come up and welcome customers to the store. They used to be be proactive in approaching the customer but more recently, this has stopped. The reps increasingly stand behind the cashier and attentiveness has decreased. I thought it may have just been the one employee, but I have been here multiple times with multiple different employees, and usually I leave feeling lackluster about their customer service. A recently example - I went to buy some shoes today. There were two employees at the location. One employee was ringing up a customer, and the other was putting items away. I was standing behind the other paying customer, waiting to get a shoe in my size. The free-roaming employee looked at me and continued on his business. I expected for him to ask me if I needed help or even just acknowledge me. Instead, I had to walk up to him and ask him for help. Both the employees ended up helping me with shoe sizes and unfortunately, it was a pretty dull interaction. They do get two stars instead of one for being helpful while I was paying. There was a sale, and I did have a voucher so when I went to pay, the register changed my shoe prices rather than giving me the correct pricing. Between the two of them, they were able to figure it out and give me the correct pricing on the shoes without issue.
