  • This place is GOD AWFUL! Don't be fooled by the well maintained grounds, because that is the only appealing part of living here. The management company does not 'manage' anything. They neglect their tenants, they do not respond to messages or emails, and you will never see the same people there for more than a few months. We started to have roaches ( we are very clean people) and maintenance willingly told me they live in the walls. You will see Burns there every day, but the issue never fixes. If things do not get better soon I will publicly post the emails I have sent without much response. In addition, if you have a guest come by they will not have parking. The alarms in the office go off nightly, and 'gated community' means nothing when every lock is broken, the gates are always open, and there are homeless living in the dumpsters.
