  • DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON Trust bad reviews posted!! Showed a picture before booking of a bob with dark brown hair with ash blonde balyage. Explained how I have virgin hair and wanted to make sure they had someone there who could execute this simple look. My normal salon is just too far for me now and I have never had any issues with color there. 'Ayesha Awan' who works the front desk and I believe is the manager/owner said it could be done no problem and booked me with Cassandra a 'master stylist'. Cassandra is very nice and applied the color pretty good but kept asking if the color was ok? I said it was hard for me to tell as it was wet but clarified that I wanted as in the pic also showed her prior- ashy blonde. She seemed confident and expressed no concern when showing her the color. She told me the color she got it to was a caramel brown and asked if I was ok with that. I said that wasnt what I wanted. She asked Ayesha what color she thought it would look like and she said my hair would only lift to the brown and I would need another process done another day. Cassandra mentioned adding more color and waiting an additional 20 minutes- at this point I was already there for 2 and a half hours. I asked if it would lighten it to the color I wanted and Cassandra said she was unsure. As there was no certainty how to even reach the color I wanted and they said I could get- I felt very frustrated. Cassandra said instead, she could use a toner that could help lighten it and take out the orangy color. I went to pay while my hair was in toner as I was now running late. Ayesha tried to charge me $170 including tax. This was for a balyage on short, shoulder length hair. This also was with me leaving with wet hair (no style) and not getting the ash blonde requested. Also this $170 would have me pay for the conditioner and then a toner which was never disclosed in quoted price (89 balyage, 35 conditioner and now 25 for toner plus tax). I said that 170 was a lot considering I was leaving even with wet hair and no style- Ayesha then said that she would have charged an additional $25 for that. What a rip off!! What a absolute waste of money. Ayesha was VERY rude and defensive when speaking. She did not care that I was even unhappy with my color. She began to ask how else should she advertise there was also a fee for toner and claiming her prices were also like Natural Solutions. She told me to have my hair washed and see the color after toner. After toner my hair was still brown, not even close to any blonde. While my hair was being washed Ayesha proceeded to come over and argue her price vs the previous quoted price. I told her since she asked me how to advertise perhaps she could tell customers 'to get the color you really want you have to pay extra for toner in the hopes it will help you get what you asked for'. Ayesha ended up agreeing to charge me 89 for balyage plus 35 for conditioner as she agreed that I did not know/did not advise they would also charge for toner. Ayesha made me uncomfortable and my experience horrible. She should not advertise ombre or balyage as 89 then add cost of toner ($25), dry and style ($25) when wanting to pay-especially when you didnt even get close to the requested, agreed upon color and was clearly disappointed. I told both Ayesha and Cassandra the color I wanted and Ayesha was just full of excuses. I am no color expert but clearly other salons can do what they cannot. They both confidentially do not know what they are doing. I will not return. Ayesha was not sympathetic or understanding towards my dissatisfaction instead she was money hungry and rude. I was also there from 10am to 1:30pm leaving with wet brown hair..what a waste of time and money.
