Picked up some pictures from my kids field trip. I get home and the color is way off and nothing like the digital copies I had sent in. I called and the first guy I spoke to couldn't put a full sentence together and was rude so I asked for the manager. I get George who has zero people skills also. Do they not train anyone here on how to handle a complaint? I told them I get many pictures done here and have never had a problem until now. Seriously, George is an idiot and not being able to handle a simple $12 photo order cost them my business. I am also calling their corp office to let them know. Take your photo business to someone that cares how they come out.
