I could have swore I had left a review after purchasing a truck there over 2 yrs ago but I don't see it now. hmm, oh well.
I wasn't happy with the sales process then ...well, because I despise car salesmen with a passion and there was some of the usual number manipulation and silly "let me ask my manager" games but I had also originally thought the service dept was great. I even remember Dawn (Halliburton?) and I haven't seen her but the first 2 visits. The most recent visits however quickly changed my mind. Service is not up to par. One time I swear they didn't touch my truck when I went in and paid for an oil change.
After I paid for a diagnostic because of the check engine light I was told it would cost over $3200 to fix. I wanted a second opinion so I went to Firestone $180 and everything was fixed and good to go. I told them what Team Ford had said was wrong and they were shocked. The mechanic just walked away as he shook his head in disbelief.
