  • I had an appointment, with a confirmation via email, as well as a confirmation text this morning. I arrived 15 minutes early and 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment was told my therapist, Ashley, "didn't know she had a appointment, and wasn't there." Very unprofessional and I would not recommend or return to this business.
