  • If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. This place has the worse customer service of any nail salon I've ever been to. I had an appointment with Tim, the owner, for a pedicure and through at least half the pedicure, which is supposed to be a relaxing experience, Tim the owner was arguing on the phone with someone in Vietnamese. When I nicely asked if he could please get off the phone he became irate, yelling at me for the nerve I had to ask him to do that and he became verbally abusive. I have been in the service industry for over 40 years and have never treated anyone with such disrespect nor have I ever been treated by a business owner with such hostility. I would never recommend this place to anyone no matter how well his wife does nails. No one deserves to be treated so poorly especially paying customers.
