I was a loyal customer, several times a week for gas, cigs, etc. I was always friendly with the cashiers probably because I have been in customer service for many years. Until a run in with a nasty cashier. Bottom line is a very nice new cashier waited on me as I prepaid cash for gas. When the pump didn't turn on I went back inside and asked her to put $20 on my pump. Well another cashier decided to jump into the conversation without being asked to. Then his comment was "you have to pay first " and I said I did but he yelled that I hadn't. The new cashier realized her error and fixed it. But then the other cashier decided to go further and yelled at me as I was leaving "have a nice day lady! ". Now I emailed the store manager and got a response that she would get back to me. That was in June!!!
I quit going there and I realize that my $100 plus won't hurt their bottom line the very least I think an apology is due.
