  • Gary from Mr Rekey came to the rescue today! It was 15 minutes after his Saturday shift was to be over, but he agreed to help me anyway. I had just moved into a new home and the back door did not lock. He came, assessed the problem, drove 20 minutes to Home Depot and return to secure my door. He didn't leave until after 5pm and was so incredibly kind and gracious about it all. Their response time to my request was speedy and the work and general service was outstanding. I will absolutely call them next time I have a need!
