  • I currently live in the North Las Vegas area and tried to contact the city of North Las Vegas Utilities by phone. I tried calling them multiple times and consistently was connected to their recording which states that you can request a callback because all representatives are busy, then disconnects the call. I decided to drive down to their location at Civic Center and Las Vegas Blvd North. The customer service was the worst that I have experienced in a long time. The representative's are extremely rude, lazy and uneducated. Unfortunately there is no way to avoid dealing with them unless I decide to pack all my sh¡t, put it on a stick, place it over my shoulder and move out of North Las Vegas.
