  • I came into the store for the first time and there juices were alright but really only found one that I liked. I also ended up buying an evod battery. Never having the kanger brand battery before I trusted that the product was infact real. I bought what I was led to believe was an 1100mah Variable Voltage evod battery. Come to find out that those do not exist, I gave them a call. I spoke with the man on the phone and I told them they sold me a fake battery and it was only 650 mah. After telling me "all of our products have stamps on the bottom and are real" he tells me to come in. So I start my 30 min journey that way only to be greeted by the women that work there. She start to tell me that the reason it doesn't have the stamp on the bottom of the battery is because it is not aloud to be sold in Europe (most likely because it's fake) and she apologizes that her co worker told me that, and told me it's because he's new. She starts to fight with me about how the battery is real and snaps on me telling me not to bring up the fact that it is fake because it's not. So not only did I pay $45 dollars for a 650 mah battery I was also at this point getting treated like I was an idiot. She proceeded to tell me that she never said it was an 1100mah and that it is a 900mah battery. Now let's say for this sake that I'm mistaken and she did say it was a 900mah battery. Ok cool, the only problem now is that, after an email with kangertech, I have found out that a 900 mah does not exist and that the 1000mah just got in stores 2 days prior and in bought this from them a week prior to the incident. Other than getting treated like garbage, she asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted my money back. She said no, you have already bought the battery and the only thing she will do is exchange it for the same battery. Not to mention criticized every vape shop I've said I've Been to by saying "oh that place sells fakes" not to mention I've talked to the owner and he gave me a huge speech about how he will never sell fakes and that the reason his prices are so high. Extremely overpriced and won't give your money back if you aren't satified even when they're in the wrong. Stay away from this place. Worst customer service and they do not know what there talking about. They sell products at about 150% of what you can find it for anywhere else. Sometimes 200% on some products. And you never know if your getting a brand name product.
