My sister bought the groupon for her dog and mine as a gift. We scheduled both dogs for the same time which was no problem. When she went to drop them off they would not accept the groupon for both dogs. The lady was very rude and said it was a policy of theirs. My sister tried to explain that it was two different customers and two different dogs with two different appointments. the lady went on to say that it was too hard on the groomers to schedule so many groupons. Are you saying a full price bath and a groupon bath are not the same service?
we did drop the dogs off and they called with in an hour that they were ready! it made both of us feel like they rushed through the service. Needless t say we will not be using the remaining groupon.
