  • We have a keypad lock on our office door, and the battery died with no warning while in the locked position. Of course, the backup key was safely locked up ... in our office... Called Silverstate based on all the positive Yelp reviews and were definitely glad that we did. Quoted a reasonable, flat rate on the phone. When Ezra arrived, he promptly showed us his license and got to work. He did his best to pick the lock to save us the expense of having to replace it (which we appreciated), but ultimately had to drill it. However, he caused as little damage as possible so that we would only have to replace the interior cylinder rather than having to buy a whole new unit. Throughout the process, he was friendly, courteous, informative, and professional. Silverstate is now bookmarked for all of our locksmith needs!
