  • I used to love the services. However brought my doggies in and it took over 4 + hours for a bath and a trim. The lady at the front desk was very rude when asking about the status. She had horrible customer service she was using high toned voice when replying to my concerns. All other staff, such as the groomers were very friendly and outgoing. I won't be using there services no longer.
