  • My experience at Cycle Gear was extremely positive. The manager, Keith, was fantastic and helped me, a novice cyclist and first time helmet buyer, both feel good about what I wanted to buy with confidence and did a great job explaining things. Keith's customer service was fantastic. He took the time to explain the options for me, the pros and cons of different types of helmets, and was very knowledgeable. I would definitely come back to Cycle Gear based on the products but more importantly, the customer service by Keith. If his bosses read this review, they should be very happy with his work.
