  • Fantastic customer service, always clean. Intermittent confusion between old school providers and the younger provider orthodontist. One would see my child and put his recommendations in & then the another doc would walk by and make his suggestions. Seemed one would have her wear her bands one way then the next month we would see the other doc would would put her old band on with pls chain regimen. Sometimes the hygienist girls would be consumed with gossip or talking amongst themselves and not interacting with the patient. Other than that, my child's teeth look pretty good. Only a slight complaint with gaps from my end. Under 2 years of braces. Affiliated is slightly over priced after looking around, but we paid a bit more to have a clean, well kept, cookies & snacks always out Ortho we Trusted. But my child teeth are Much better, In a timely manner.
