  • Disgusting!! We keep having to deal with BLACK MOLD growing in our bathrooms and around every single window no matter what we do! The response from the office and maintenance IF they even respond has been to "just clean it with bleach". We have two kids in the house, this is unacceptable. Clearly there is a bigger issue. I doubt we are the only apartment either. Black mold doesn't just go away for good from wiping it with bleach. They are never willing to fix anything, take days to get here and barely answer the phone. We always have to go into the office. This apartment is way overpriced, the fees are outrageous. And I'm not sure why we even pay for trash service because the garbage men leave a mess outside and there's always trash flying around the parking lot.
