  • My review is just based on my transaction. I went to return some clothing that were too big on me due to ordering online. When I was returning the cashier asked if I was exchanging I mentioned no that I had looked around and did not find something. Then she asked if I had browsed the whole store or just a section which kind of seemed pushy. I said it's ok just returning thanks and had a snobby attitude. After she finishes scanning my five items said "hold up, I need a manger approval. When she grabbed the manager he seemed really arrogant and looked at the merchandise I was returning and said "great more plus items that we need" ( in a really sarcastic tone) which really made me feel insulted. As a million dollar company who cares if I return a total of $40 which is nothing. I felt so uncomfortable just for that never will I shop at forever 21 id they have people like that working for them. The two stars is just for the stores neatness
