  • I bought a Groupon 10 pack for the classes. I went to Nancy's yoga class on Sunday morning and Angelina's yoga class on Tuesday noon hour. Nancy's class is 1.5 hours and is a relaxing Yoga class. She also does breathing Yoga which is kind of a weird thing if you're not used to it. Overall it's a great way to spend a Sunday morning. Angelina's class is for the lunch crowd and runs 45 minutes. Easy to moderate Yoga which I enjoy. Both instructors are excellent. The downside is people coming in late for class are disruptive. If you're 15 minutes late, don't come in.
