  • This review is strictly against the Pinnacle Nissan Service department, not the sales department. I brought my car in to the service department because my airbag light was on. First of all, when I called to talk to them prior to bringing my car in, after I explained all of the issues about what was wrong with my car, the service tech obviously wasn't paying attention, because after my five minute explanation, he asks "so you just want an oil change"? I can look beyond that. So they look at my car and call me with a quote to fix my airbag light of $1,100. I quickly call another dealer to price the same repair they claimed I needed and they were able to do it for $200 cheaper. I told Pinnacle Nissan thank you for looking at my vehicle, but i'm going to take it to another dealership who is going to do it for cheaper. When I picked my vehicle up from Pinnacle Nissan, my airbag light was OFF. I took my car to the other Nissan dealer who ran the vehicle scanner and there was NOTHING wrong with my airbag. THE BOTTOM LINE, PINNACLE NISSAN TOLD ME I NEEDED A REPAIR THAT I REALLY DIDN'T NEED SO THEY COULD CHARGE ME $1,100. WHEN I TOLD THEM I'M TAKING IT TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP TO HAVE REPAIRED, THEY DID A QUICK FIX SO NOTHING WAS WRONG... COVERING THEIR TRACKS. THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS VERY DISHONEST AND I WOULD RECOMMEND BRINGING YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I WOULD SUGGEST RIVERVIEW NISSAN. IT MAY BE FURTHER THAN YOU WOULD LIKE TO DRIVE BUT THEY ARE HONEST AND CAN POTENTIALLY SAVE YOU THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!!
