  • I've had some issues with my previous dental office that I had been going to for a little over 10 years and I decided to search for another office and yelp has always been my go to when researching new business' and this office not only lived up to all of their reviews, but exceeded my expectations. When I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, they didn't have an opening for another month, but informed me that they would call me if they had any cancelations for an earlier appointment and they did just that. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist quickly informed me that they were running a bit behind and I believe I was waiting for 11 minutes which was no bother to me because I was used to that wait if not longer with my previous dentist office, but the receptionist gave me a starbucks gift card as an apology for the wait time....talk about excellent customer care!!! Brittany, the dental hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable and would frequently ask if I was okay while doing the cleaning. The Dr was also very friendly!! I will definitely be a lifelong patient of theirs!
