I purchased an edible arrangement for my daughter's birthday I am 10 hours away from her hoping to wish her well on her birthday. Picked an edible arrangement that was supposed to come with birthday balloons. When she received the arrangement there where no birthday balloons I called the store they said it was supposed to have them sorry they must of forgot to put them on. So that was all I got was a sorry no other suggestions of how to make it right. Very disappointed in the customer service I received I purchase it online at the edible arrangement site I will never choose this location again. A little customer service will go along way to keeping and make a customer happy. They may want to work and figure out how to do that or just get it right in the first place.
