  • This review is for the Sushi area only. (I cannot comment on the Hibachi bar.) The Sushi however is top notch. It is consistently the best I have had in the Pittsburgh area - the Wexford location in particular. Fresh, high quality ingredients and very well made and presented. A nice big variety too. I only miss Inari and a few of the specialty rolls I used to get at Kotobuki. I feel bad that the Sushi chef's reputations might suffer because people don't care for the Hibachi. 5 Star Sushi
