  • Waste of time. I noted the parking lot to be a ghost town, I should have turned around then. I walked in to see literally 15+ employees just hanging out. Sitting on couches. Reading the newspaper. Playing on iPads. I was quickly approached and when I said what I was in the market for, my smarmy salesman pointed his finger in the general direction of where I might find a sectional and then went back to talk to his buddy. I took a quick look and left shortly after. Even if I found the perfect couch, I wasn't sure I would ever patronize a salesman who couldn't spend the time of day with me (i was maybe one of two customers in the entire store).
