  • I attempted to purchase a brake valve from the parts department at the North Las Vegas store, the counterman was as rude as he could have possibly been to me. They would not even provide a quote so I knew how much it would cost. Upon returning to my shop, I called back to the parts department and was greeted on the phone VERY rudely, in fact, the person answered the phone by yelling at me. I asked to speak to the manager and was not accommodated in any sense whatsoever. They lost this sale and any other parts purchased from the company I am employed by and we are a multi-million dollar trucking company. My advice, stay away from McCandless International/Isuzu no matter what, there are enough other parts houses that are ready and willing to accept my money for parts we need on our fleet.
