  • Holy class.. Holy Sweat... Holy cow, I am already out of breath writing this review! .. FSY! Is killer, my most challenging ride this far, the perfect dance party on a bike! Stand up, Sit down, lean left, lean right now clap! Yesssss super entertaining killer work out! I laughed and cried two times.. FSY has an amazing deal at the moment $3.00 for 3 classes, yes that's correct you read that right so go try it out and be prepared to sweat. The atmosphere is perfect dark with candle light, lighting the instructors stand. The sound system, kicking to help you focus and enjoy your ride. The room will get hot, you will get hot! My last class we fogged all the mirrors up from body heat! Super funny instructor dancing in the dark with the candles, dancing on the floor to the tunes, running bike to bike giving high fives!! The energy was lit in the room !! My only two dislike, nothing to monitor your success, no email at the end of class letting you know how many calories burned nothing! That's such a bummer! $3.00 for cycle shoe rental and $4.00 for water, almost felt like when you visit a hotel and they charge you for wifi! Shoes should be included within the class.. that's my only dislikes.. FSY also offers additional classes besides cycling, it's similar to a circuit type training, they have classes for arms, legs butts and guts.. FSY offers a great sign up price and monthly rate so check them out! I look forward to making them my new cycling home gym..
