There should be a choice for zero stars. I got suckered into buying two rechargeable phone cases. The fact that the guys there don't even use them on their cells should of been my first clue. But no my fiancé thought they were awesome so I bought us each one. Got back to the hotel and plugged it in my cell was at 30% and after several hours it was at 22%. I took it out of case and put it back in about 5 times but it still would not charge. Finally gave up and just charged it out of the case. Also I tried 3 different chargers. On our way back to AZ I stopped off to return it. The guy plugs it into his charger and miraculously it starts charging. I tell her over and over again how it wasn't working the day before but he won't listen. He says they don't do refunds and he will only exchange it for a new one. Oh and they cost $100 a piece. He said I could call the customer service number on the receipt and that lady was completely unhelpful she asked to speak to the sales associate and they began talking in some other language and sure enough she gets back on the phone and says I can't return it either. The "manager" comes around and says basically I don't know how to use the case properly. Finally he plugged his own cell into the case and sure enough it wasn't charging his damn cell either!! Then he says "ok I give you a new one". UGH after all that I gave up. I took the new damn case and left. My cell is currently dying 2x faster, my magnet for my cell holder in my car that he said would work just fine, doesn't work at all, it's too big and bulky to fit in my pocket of my purse, and I am out $100. F@$k this place!! Oh and there was another woman there pissed off because her speakers she bought stopped working 5 days later. Of course she never got a refund either.
