  • This is the best Italian in Phoenix. They have a small menu with the highest quality products. Everything we ate was delicious. Sautéed Chicken Livers on Crostini. Wow. Pasta with guinea Hen ragu. Char-grilled thin Pork Chops with warm fresh Peaches. The service was perfect. Noise level was moderate. Can't wait to go agai We went back to Tratto again tonight because the food was so enjoyable last week. This time not so much. Mr Bianco was actually cooking tonight. Much to my dismay everything we ordered was way over salted. I'm talking about the pasta the roasted chicken and even the salad!! The man has a real heavy hand with the kosher salt. What a difference a week makes.
