  • This company was sub-contracted to come to my home and remove my bed for alleged water damage on 11/9/17. When they took the bed, they left no card nor itemized statement of what they had taken. That same night I called the original company that was contracted and cancelled the work that they were fraudulently going to do. At that time, which was 6:30 pm, I let the contracted company know that I wanted my bed returned. The following morning, I contacted the contractors and asked if I would have my bed by 3:00 pm He said he would call. At 4:30 I called again and was given Aaron's number, the sub contractor, to get my bed back. He smugly stated that it was 4:30 on Veteran's Day and he was spending time with his family. He told me that his company does not work weekends and that I would not be getting my bed back until Monday. He then said that he would be gracious enough to ALLOW me to come and pick my bed up from his shop the next day (Saturday.) I initially agreed, as I did not want to wait three days to sleep in my bed. However, after his contemptuous attitude and the fact that the whole process, from contractor to sub-contractor, was clearly insurance fraud, I was not willing to wait. I called the contractor who obviously called Aaron and gave him an earful, who then had the audacity to call me and tell me that I was ruining his night with his family, and two other people's nights, who I don't even know. He told me that I was being selfish and unreasonable because I wanted to sleep in my bed. He then said that he usually charges people's insurance $1000.00 to return their things but that he would not make me pay that... he would only charge me a couple hundred to come out and a couple hundred to leave. $400.00!!!! To get my own bed back that never should have left my house to begin with. I asked him if all of the bad publicity surrounding this would be OK and he stated that he didn't care. Because we were in contact with the owner of the contracted company, our bed was returned the following morning by 9:45. The two young men that returned it were very professional and that was appreciated. This company should not be in business with a hot-head like Aaron speaking to customers. I would not recommend this business to ANYONE. They should be out of business. They have an F on BBB.
