The wait for a teller was longer than expected. The line moved rather slowly.
Teller was courteous and seemed fine.
However, I later discovered that the teller had deposited my money into the wrong account.
It took me a very lengthy phone call to TD Canada Trust Easyline to figure out what had happened, to locate the money and fix the teller's mistake. TD Canada Trust service is usually pretty good & I appreciate that they eventually fixed the mistake.
My banking experience at this branch was definitely one that caused more problems than it solved. If I hadn't been checking up on the account, the mistake would not have been identified (nor fixed). When banking here, I'll need to double-check everything the teller does.
