Ok so I was left waiting here FOREVER (about two hours) while trying to have my data transferred from my old iPhone to my new purchase of the iPhone 7. The associate said their system is not working and could be my phone....highly doubt that. I'm guessing their systems were down. I was not pleased that I had to sit there for 2 hours and NOT be able to go grab coffee or food because the sales clerk (Mark) who helped me said he can't be liable for my phone so I had to stay there while he figures it out..
As a solution, he offered to keep my phone over night there for 24 hours...as if I would do that so my personal info can be shared with the world. I don't understand how He can't be liable for my phone for an hour but can keep it overnight? So luckily I did a master reset and re backed everything up. However I'm left with having to back everything up myself on my laptop...and I don't even have all my contacts.
So now I have contact apple support..........
Lame customer service here and this guy didn't seem to know what he was doing.
I am happy with my iPhone 7 however, just not this clerk...get it together.
