  • Though the atmosphere is great, and the selection good, the Cigar Concierge, John, steered my buddy and I to a very harsh cigar when we were looking for mild. We took them off site so being able to provide feedback in person at the time was not possible. I stopped by the next day to discuss the matter however they weren't open yet. We described in detail what we were looking for... we routinely light up an Ashton, which they don't carry. Backup is usually a Fuente, which they have, however as we all know, are a lower price point. We are convinced that they steered us to this other "special brand" due to the high price, not the flavor.
