  • Attentive, Kept me informed and had a great attitude! Dale helped me partial diagnose a pressure issue with the plumbing in a potential investment property. He asked if I could email him photos or a video. Called me back 40 min later to let me know he and his colleagues are looking at it and diagnosing. He called back again and offered a technician to come out for a free estimate. Robert showed up with a great attitude, was friendly informative and took care of the job in no time. Can't say enough about these guys!
